PROCESSING TIMES are 10 WORKING DAYS (does not include weekends). Please be aware that if you purchase via Klarna, an additional 10 WORKING DAYS is added to your overall processing time.

Delivery Policy
Payment processing requires 2 working days . Once payment has been processed, your order will be shipped (ready to ship units only).
All our ready to ship units are sent (to the UK) via ROYAL MAIL TRACKED . You'll receive your delivery within 3-4 working days .
For international shipping, your delivery will be sent via ROYAL MAIL INTERNATIONAL TRACKED in which the delivery time depends on your location (usually 5-10 working days ).
Pre-made units are also sent out via the same service as above. However, depending on stock levels, there is a 10-14 working days wait prior to shipping.
All other items such as hair accessories are sent via ROYAL MAIL (UK only) for you to receive within 3-5 working days. For international shipping, please refer to the above information.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number directly to your email.
Please note that we are not liable for any items lost in transit. Once the parcel has left our possession, any loss is out of our control.
